Jean-Charles Redon

Jean-Charles Redon is a member of the firm's Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Oil & Gas, Performance Improvement and Strategy practices.

Jean-Charles has more than 15 years of consulting experience, working with companies in the industrial and energy sectors to address growth strategy, operational performance improvement and large-scale transformation programs.

In particular, he has worked closely with many senior executives and management teams to address their manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, R&D and overhead costs issues. He also has extensive experience developing both organic and M&A growth strategies for industrial companies in their core and adjacent businesses.

He has also supported private equity funds, from pre-acquisition performance improvement identification to post-acquisition value creation process implementation.

Jean-Charles started his career in oil drilling services then worked for an operations consulting firm before joining Bain in 2008.

He is a graduate of ICAM and IAE Paris. He also holds an MBA from the London Business School.
