Ozan Bayulgen is a partner in Bain & Company's Istanbul office. He is an expert in Bain's Customer Strategy & Marketing practice.
He has nearly two decades of consulting and industry experience throughout the United States, the United Kingdom, Benelux, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Ozan advises clients across a range of industries, including telecommunications, government and transportation. He holds deep expertise in digital customer engagement, customer experience transformation, customer value management, sales force effectiveness, organization development, customer care strategy, call center transformation and integrated public service delivery.
Outside of Bain, Ozan serves as an adjunct professor for Koç University's Graduate School of Business, where he teaches on customer strategy. He was previously a member of the Board of Directors at Avea, the mobile arm of Turk Telekom Group.
Prior to joining Bain, Ozan was a partner with two other global consulting firms, where he held leadership roles including managing partner and global telecommunications practice leader. He also served as the VP of Marketing at Star Gas LLP, leading the diversified downstream energy company's turnaround program, as well as a Senior Segment Leader for FedEx Marketing, where he was a member of the "Reinventing FedEx" transformation program team.
Ozan holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at Kellogg School of Management Northwestern University and the Driving Digital Strategy Program at Harvard Business School.
