Serhan Nadir is a leader in our Consumer Products Practice.
Serhan has supported our clients across many consumer packaged goods categories, including food, beverages, oral care, and personal care. He has experience in a range of full potential transformation topics, with extensive expertise in strategy development, operating model, digital transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and operational performance improvement.
Serhan has also extensively supported our retail client across different formats of grocery, department stores, as well as casual dining and quick-service restaurants. On the private equity side, Serhan has led an extensive number of due diligence and post-acquisition value creation planning efforts across both consumer goods and retail.
Serhan holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in entrepreneurial studies and marketing. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, where he majored in international relations, law, and organization and completed a certificate study in international business diplomacy.
