Dmitry Shcherbakov is a member of the firm’s Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Financial Services practices. He has more than 15 years of experience with core focus on new business launches, digital, strategy, M&A, and large-scale transformation programs.
Dmitry’s project portfolio comprises comprehensive value-creation projects, including complex restructuring of an international JV, launch of a digital marketplace, and development of a turnaround program for a leading transportation company. While delivering cases, Dmitry successfully partners with shareholders and management teams to co-create and implement the most practical and sustainable solutions.
Dmitry holds a Master of Economics from Paris School of Economics and an MBA from INSEAD. He also defended his Ph.D. in Economics at HSE National Research University.
