Fabian
Fabian Delava is the leader in our Europe, Middle East and Africa Agile Innovation practice and is an expert in Bain's Technology, and Financial Services practices.
He has nearly 20 years of industry and consulting experience.
While at Bain, he has worked with key clients across industries with a primary focus on retail banking and insurance. He holds expertise across a range of topics such as agile transformation, core systems modernization, technology strategy, software package selection and large scale technology-driven transformation. He has also worked on organizational re-design, performance improvement, cost reduction, program management office and business process outsourcing.
Prior to joining Bain, Fabian worked as a Project Manager in the electronic payment industry.
Fabian earned a Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Mons-Hainaut and a Master degree in Management from the Solvay Brussels School. He is fluent in French and English and has some knowledge of Dutch.
