Consumer products and retail expert with experience in large transformations, strategy, and building organizational capabilities
She has worked with some of the largest consumer products and retailers in the world, with experience in food & beverage and sustainable food systems. Her work primarily focuses on corporate and business unit growth strategy. Her case portfolio also includes various diligences for both corporate and private equity funds.
In addition to her case work, Margaret is a leader in BGLAD, Bain's LGBTQ+ network, and involved in DE&I efforts for the Amsterdam office. She also leads the Senior Manager & Associate Partner peer group to help foster connectivity within the office.
Prior to Bain, Margaret worked in change management, talent development, and policy development. She holds an A.B. with Honors from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. with concentrations in Strategy and Corporate Finance from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
