Martin Bak-Nielsen is a member of Bain's Nordic & EMEA Consumer Products practice with a focus on commercial excellence.

He has deep experience within commercial excellence in consumer products – specifically on B2B pricing, RGM and key account management.

His recent work has included:

  • Developing a cross-country pricing strategy for global beverage company
  • Developing a perfect sales execution strategy effort for a Nordic food player
  • Developing a strategy for international customers for European food company
  • Developing the digital strategy for a global consumer products/retail company

He holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration from Aarhus University, which included graduate studies at Harvard University and Leibniz University Hannover.

Outside of work, Martin loves to spent time with family and friends, exercise and keep up to date on the latest movies & TV series.
