Michael Verhoeven is a member of our Private Equity, Communications, Media and Entertainment, and Performance Improvement practices. He also leads our Advanced Analytics practice in Australia.
Michael advises clients across a range of industries, with a focus on sectors including integrated and cross-platform operations, network service providers, and internet and broadband access. He holds deep expertise across performance improvement, service design and operations, capital expenditure, strategy and M&A.
His recent case work, spanning the telecommunications, insurance and banking sectors, has focused on cost transformation and technology diagnostics.
Michael has also led various diligence efforts for private equity funds.
Beyond his client work, he spearheads our recruiting efforts in Melbourne and co-leads them in Australia.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Melbourne.
