Moshé Dickerman

Moshé Dickerman is a member of our Financial Services and Performance Improvement practices.

Moshé predominantly advises retail and wholesale banking clients on operations, automation solutions, RPA and BPM deployments, process excellence and improvement, outsourcing and offshoring.

He is Black Belt certified in Lean Six Sigma.

Prior to joining us in 2018, Moshé held various roles in commercial, consumer and community banking, as well as auto finance and student lending, at JPMorgan Chase & Co. He previously held leadership roles at SunGard Global Services, Bank of America and another top consulting firm. 

He is also a veteran of the US Army.

Moshé holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
