Roland Boekhout

Roland Boekhout is an external contributor to our Financial Services practice.

With more than 30 years of experience in the global financial industry, including various top management position, Roland holds deep experience across the banking sphere. He focuses on universal banking, transformation and digitalization projects, corporate strategies and financing, as well as international banking.

He most recently served as Chief Corporate Officer for Commerzbank AG. He was previously an executive board member of ING Group, was CEO of ING-DiBa AG, served as CEO of ING Commercial Banking Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), and held various other management positions.

Roland holds a master’s degree in business administration from Erasmus University (Rotterdam) and completed the CEDEP general management program at the Graduate Business School in Fontainebleau.
