Sebastian supports his customers with extensive transformations, performance improvement programs and post-merger integrations. In addition to these topics, he has in-depth expertise in banking for corporate and commercial clients.

Prior to joining Bain, Sebastian held various roles in the banking and insurance sectors across Germany, Switzerland and the UK for more than 15 years.

He studied international management at the Hanzehogeschool Groningen in the Netherlands and the Ocean University of China in Qingdao. He graduated from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
