Anant is at the forefront of establishing Bain's Digital-Enabled Transformation practice in India and is a leader in the Technology practice focused on ITeS, BPO and KPO firms.
He drives business transformation programs across industries enabled by digital, and holds expertise in customer episode redesign and dealer enablement, big data and analytics use cases. He has also deployed Bain's analytics use case library covering manufacturing, supply chain, commercial excellence, sales and business development for B2B industrial companies, including productized solutions aimed at rapid deployment.
Anant is passionate about applying skills learnt in the corporate world to support NGOs with strategy formulation and implementation. He heads the social impact thrust at Bain India and has advised NGOs on sharpening their strategy to maximize social impact.
He is on the board of ATMA, an NGO in Mumbai addressing the need for quality education for underprivileged children. He has also assisted NGOs Magic Bus and Dasra in their strategy development and implementation of key initiatives. In addition, Anant has coauthored Bain's India Philanthropy Report to track and highlight critical trends in Indian philanthropy and calls for action.
Anant earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He also received a BE in computer engineering from the University of Delhi.
