About Kazuki

I graduated from Kyoto University and gained experience at a major commercial bank and a leading accounting firm before joining Bain aftering earning my MBA from HEC Paris. I have extensive experience advising clients across banking, hotel, automotive, and telecom industries, with deep expertise in customer strategy, sales transformation, and after sales service strategy. Additionally, I have lead numerous pro bono projects for NPOs as a leader in social impact consulting.

"For the realization of a better society"

In 2000, Bain established the US-based Bridgespan Group, a consulting firm primarily for collaboration with NPOs. We have expanded the network to Japan, and have continuously provided free consulting support to NPOs across broad fields including children/youth, healthcare, education, and regional development, since 2008. On average, about 30% of our Tokyo office consultants contribute to such pro bono activities while managing their regular consulting cases each year. As professional consultants, we believe that the biggest impact we can create is through providing fact-based and concrete solutions to our clients’ most critical issues and helping them achieve greater results.

We also believe that the true spirit of social impact lies not in non-profit organizations themselves, but in the people that drive them. We continue to support the many leaders around the world who engage in non-profit activities with an entrepreneurial mindset and devote themselves to addressing various social challenges. We are always inspired by and learn from the driven, young NPO leaders that we meet through our pro bono consulting work. We look forward for you to join us and bring your passion and drive!
