Christophe is a partner based in Bain & Company's Middle East office. He is a core member of the firm's Oil & Gas, Utilities & Renewables and Energy & Natural Resources practices, as well as a leader in the Chemicals practice.
Christophe has more than 25 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on organizational design and performance improvement projects in both the oil and gas and industrial goods and services spheres, including some within the chemical sector.
He has extensively advised leading regional and global petrochemical players on business strategy, performance improvement, organization, operations, turnaround, talent development and M&A.
Furthermore, in oil and gas, he has advised leading IOCs and NOCs including in Asia-Pacific on business strategy, operations, turnaround, talent and capability development and organization. He covered the entire value chain, from E&P to petrochemicals.
Christophe began his career with Exxon Corporation, where he held management roles in Europe and the US. He subsequently joined another management consulting firm. During his 14 years there, he focused on advising leading petrochemical firms globally. He led the firm’s Middle East & Asia Pacific Energy practices for eight years and was a core member of its Corporate Finance practice.
