His project experience covers business strategy, route to market and commercial excellence, consumer insights, transformation programs, and digital acceleration.
With a background and competencies that integrate economics and management with social sciences and humanities, he is one of Bain’s global experts in customer-centricity, value proposition and brand strategy, marketing, new generations of consumers, Diversity Equity and Inclusion.
Fabio has started focusing on platform-based business models and the role of culture (cultural capital) as sources of competitive advantage and new paradigm for marketing.
Internally to Bain, Fabio is one of the leader of BGLAD – Bain’s LGBTQ+ affinity group – and coordinate Milan training programs for associate consultants and consultants.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an international marketing manager for Procter & Gamble.
He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from IULM University of Milan.
In his personal time, Fabio enjoys learning and discussing on liberal arts, neuro-science and mental health, and when possible travelling and scuba diving.
