Fabrizio Ramundo

Fabrizio is an active member of our Energy & Natural Resources practice.

Fabrizio advises international major companies, national operators and local utilities along the entire energy value chain: generation, power/gas transmission and distribution, downstream/retail including both commodities and B2B/B2C energy services/VAS.

He has extensive expertise in corporate strategy, industrial and transformation plans, M&A, corporate finance and investment evaluation, business development, etc.

Prior to joining Bain, he worked as Head of Energy & Utilities Equity Investments for a state-owned financial institution, as well as a member of the M&A team for an infrastructure operator.

Fabrizio holds an MBA from LUISS Business School and MSc and BSc in electronic engineering from SAPIENZA University of Rome.
