Genia Kudryasheva is a partner in Bain & Company's Moscow office. She co-leads Bain's Digital practice in Russia and leads the Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) practices in Russia and CIS. She is also a member of Bain's Customer Strategy & Marketing global leadership team, with deep expertise in marketing.
Genia has more than 10 years of experience working with clients on a range of digital topics. She focuses particularly on big data and advanced analytics topics while addressing customer value management (CVM) for telecommunication clients across the globe. She also works with clients to develop digital products and value propositions and to drive digital sales and performance improvement.
In addition to her work in digital, Genia advises clients across a range of TMT sectors, including mobile and fixed operators, media conglomerates and technology companies on a variety of issues ranging from strategy, market entry and due diligence to operations and efficiency improvements, turnarounds and transformations. She also serves clients in the transportation industry on topics such as revenue management, customer strategy and marketing, sales improvements and the Net Promoter Score system.
Prior to joining Bain in 2010, Genia was an associate partner at another consulting firm focusing on telecommunications, media and technology in the United States, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Genia earned her MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and her BA in Economics and Business and German from Lafayette College, where she transferred from Moscow State University.
