Dr. Sina Hilgers is a member of our Advanced Analytics/Artificial Intelligence and Customer Strategy practice.

Sina has over 12 years of consulting experience with particular expertise in insurance. She advises clients on customer strategy/sales, digitalization/AI and organizational topics. In addition, Sina leads the Bain Insurance Sales Benchmarking Study.

She is also strongly involved in our recruiting and training efforts and is a member of our Professional Development Committee.

Sina holds a Ph.D. in health economics from the RWTH Aachen and a master's degree in international economics from Maastricht University.
