Asians at Bain (AAB) is a vibrant community providing support, resources, mentorship and connectivity among Bain professionals of Asian and Asian American descent. Our mission is to ensure that talented Asian professionals thrive in long-term careers at Bain. AAB provides tailored support for our members, including mentorship and programming offering pathways for success inside Bain.

Bain has been investing in diversity, equity, and inclusion for more than 30 years. Beginning with our early affinity communities, we have expanded into a wide range of comprehensive programs to create a culture of inclusion where every Bainie can thrive.
AAB provides affiliate members with an added layer of tailored support and a space to form meaningful relationships, drive connectivity, and build community. While we take pride in the deep bonds created within AAB, we also build connections with other affinity groups and share about the diversity of AAB cultures with the broader firm.
