Bain Academy Executive Programs
The Bain Academy Executive Programme is a holistic and practical approach desigend to accelerate the development of managers into executives and future CEOs. The curriculum and content have been developed in conjunction with global experts from Bain & Company and some of the Middle East's leading CEOs.
The programme is built on three pillars that focus on the tools we believe executives need to drive change in their organisations:
Strategy and Business Solutions: Develop winnng strategies that solve complex problems, grounded in a clear understanding of the company's position.
Driving Effective Change: Learn hypothesis-led problem-solving and develop the holistic execution skills that produce lasting, repeatable results.
Self and Team Development: Participants discover their own inspirational leadership styles and understand what motivates them and their teams for long-term success.

Program Design and Benefits
The programme runs part-time over an extended three- to four-month period. Participants will spend seven days in the classroom, focused on understanding the theoretical components of the curriculum, which comprises approximately 12 modules. The modules are delivered by a mix of senior partners (local and international) and subject matter experts from Bain, complemented by best-in-class international third-party experts.
Participants gain new skills and capabilities (the “CEO Toolkit”), build a life-long network of colleagues, have access to the leading executives who provide instruction, and enjoy lifelong membership in the Bain Academy Alumni Community.

Bain Executive Programs are intended for high-performing GCC professionals who exhibit the potential to take on executive committee-level responsibilities within the next five years. Bain invites partners and leading regional CEOs and their executive teams to nominate next-generation leaders from their respective companies to participate in cohorts of four to six delegates. Typically 2-3 company cohorts participate at one time, and participation is by invitation only. Each cohort will participate with those from other companies that have similar developmental objectives. To be eligible to participate, individuals need a strong track record of performance, be on track to be promoted to ExCo level in the next three to five years, and be willing to commit the required time.
