Gianmaria Ugolotti is a member of our Utilities & Renewables and Performance Improvement practices. An expert on supply chain transformation and Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), Gianmaria has also recently advised clients on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), operating model and organization.
In 2019, he led one of the foremost energy and utilities acquisitions in Italy, which involved a public tender with more than 20 potential buyers.
He holds an MBA, magna cum laude, from SDA Bocconi and a degree in mechanical engineering, magna cum laude, from Politecnico di Milano.
