Lilit Mughalyan

Lilit Mughalyan is a member of the firm's Private Equity practice. Within the private equity space, Lilit primarily focuses on Technology and Cloud Services practice areas but has also worked broadly across sectors.

Lilit has an extensive experience in buy side and sell side due diligence and post-acquisition value creation from both corporate and private equity perspectives.

Prior to joining Bain in 2021, Lilit worked with another global consulting firm in London for over 5 years, advising clients on various aspects of M&A transactions.

Lilit holds an MBA from University of Oxford, Said Business School and master's degree in economics and management from Yerevan State University in Armenia.
