Naftali’s retail experience centers on department stores, grocery and apparel. He has advised retail clients on a wide range of issues, with particular expertise in strategy and brand positioning, customer loyalty and rewards programs, merchandising and assortment optimization, as well as developing advanced analytics organizations.
Within the Agile space, he focuses on the adoption and scaling of Agile methodologies within relevant business functions to increase the pace of execution and development.
Naftali also co-leads Bain Social Impact Boston, overseeing grassroots, employee-led social impact efforts and sourcing and serving pro-bono projects from the Boston office, with a focus on education reform and economic development.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and is a certified Scrum Master.
