André

André Leme is the leader of the firm's Financial Services practice in South America, as well as an expert in the Customer Strategy & Marketing practice.

He has more than 15 years of management consulting experience.

André has worked with the top management of many large national and multinational groups across a range of industries, including finacial services, consumer goods, technology and airlines.

During his tenure at Bain, he has led numerous engagements addressing corporate strategy, growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, customer strategy, customer loyalty, operational excellence, cost reduction, M&A, IT strategy, strategic sourcing and organizational redesign.

Prior to joining Bain in 2006, André worked in the credit department of Citibank Brazil for 3 years. He also worked as a management consultant for another top firm in Brazil, focusing on financial services and consumer goods.

He graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas and holds an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

André is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
