Since joining our firm in 2006, Dorothy has advised clients on various topics. She is deeply versed in corporate and business unit strategy, performance improvement, M&A, capability building and transformation. She has also led numerous due diligence efforts.
Dorothy has co-authored 360 Customer Operation Whitepaper with Tencent, and her views has been widely quoted by local and international media, including Forbes and The Paper, etc.
Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Dorothy worked as an account team leader for Ogilvy & Mather.
She holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, as well as a bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University.
