Since joining Bain in 2005, he has served clients in a number of industries including retail and consumer products as well as airlines.
He has extensive experience in digital transformation, growth strategy, channel strategy, cost transformation performance improvement, new business development, global go-to-market strategy development/implementation, cross-border M&A/JV and due diligence, post-merger blueprinting and PEF strategy. He also leads the consumer products and retail practices in Bain's Seoul office.
Before joining Bain, he worked for the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries as a Director, where he built the capacity to deal with international trade negotiations.
A graduate of Seoul National University with a bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) and a minor in Economics, he earned his MBA from the Wharton school.
