Luba Mandzy Herring is a global practice manager for Bain & Company's Results Delivery® practice, based in the London office.
She joined the firm in 2008 and has worked in Europe, Asia and the United States.
Luba has worked in a range of industries, particularly financial services, oil & gas and social/public sectors. She holds deep expertise across topics including strategy, transformation, customer experience, performance improvement and organizational re-alignment.
Luba now specializes in Results Delivery with a focus on Bain's Co-Creation Center of Excellence. She focuses on building leadership alignment through co-creative experiences that foster understanding and commitment, proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risks, and engaging the organization with the content and communications plans required to cascade key messages from the top team to the front line.
Luba is actively involved in Bain's social impact work, and has served as Director of Development for The Challenge Network, a UK-based charity. She has a BA from Harvard University and DPhil in environmental science from the University of Oxford.
