Tara Marsh is the head of our global capability marketing efforts, through which she manages a diverse sweep of marketing functions. Her work focuses on amplifying executive-level brand awareness and consideration of our firm's services and solutions.
As part of these efforts, Tara develops comprehensive strategic marketing plans to support our commercial objectives, including event and conference activations.
Tara has more than 20 years of experience across the consulting, branding and global marketing spheres. She has historically built capabilities from the ground up, blending technology, innovation and creativity to propel business impact.
Tara has tirelessly championed diversity and inclusion across the professional and personal spectra, using her voice as an ally for those who do not have sufficient presence at the table. Featured in the 2018 Financial Times’s “Top 50” list of OUTstanding Global Executive Allies, Tara has worked with LGBTQ organizations across issues and passionately believes in business’s role in creating and sustaining inclusion.
A dual British/American citizen, Tara is currently based in New York and has collectively lived in 10 different countries. She has honed her professional experience across France, Australia, the UK and the US.
She earned an MBA from INSEAD (France) and an M.A. in Economics from Oxford University (UK), between which she worked with us as a consultant specializing in customer-facing projects.
In her personal time, Tara is an avid wine professional, yoga teacher and acrobat.
