Yaquta Mandviwala is a partner in our Mumbai office. She leads our India Customer Strategy & Marketing practice. She has 17 years of professional experience, more than 15 years of which are in management consulting throughout India, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Her work is focused on helping companies make decisions to fuel growth and profitability.
Yaquta has led multi-year engagements alongside the leadership teams of some of the largest businesses in India and globally, driving change on the ground and delivering results. She is passionate about driving customer-led growth and a customer-oriented culture within organizations. Her client portfolio encompasses the retail, auto, real estate, healthcare, financial services and consumer goods spheres.
Yaquta also leads the Womxn at Bain effort for the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining us, she worked with the Monitor Group and before that with Citibank.
In 2017 she featured in the Economic Times Women Ahead listing of India’s fastest rising women leaders. In 2018, she received the prestigious Economic Times 40 Under Forty Award. She holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a Master of Science from Presidency College, Calcutta
