BroadcastCo was a stable and profitable company that needed a winning long-term strategy to survive stiffening competition and a fast-shifting market.

BroadcastCo asked Bain to develop scenarios for assessing which cable/broadcast models will be the winners and losers in the future. It also asked Bain to evaluate long-term options for the company's entire portfolio.
