David is a member of of our Communications, Media & Entertainment and Customer practices, and has over 20 years’ experience working with growth businesses as an advisor, entrepreneur and funder.

He specialises in business unit and customer experience strategy, and has deep expertise leading large-scale, customer-led transformations across multiple sectors.

Prior to joining Bain, David founded and ran his own technology business for over 10 years before spending several years in the non-profit sector, both as an entrepreneur and funder.

Outside of work, David is the father of a ten-year-old and loves travel and sport. He also serves as an advisor to multiple non-profit organisations and charities.

David holds a degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
