She has more than 20 years of consulting experience. Her deep expertise covers topics such as business model innovation and experience design, platform business models, and digital transformation. She has worked primarily with companies in the health insurance, pharmaceutical, and oil and gas sectors.
Karen holds a degree in Business Administration, which she earned at ESB Business School at Reutlingen University. She received her Doctorate in Economics from the Leopold Franzens University in Innsbruck.
Her hobbies include traveling and literature.
