Maeghan Rouch is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources practice, with a particular focus in Utilities & Renewables.
She is passionate about supporting clients through the transformational change required to achieve clean energy transition and electrification. She has deep expertise in the bulk power system and customer-sided resources, field force optimization, and strategy development. She also guides clients through the financial, operational, regulatory, and operating model implications of their strategic choices.
Additionally, Maeghan advises corporate and private equity clients on energy transition topics in critically impacted industries, including automotive, engineering & construction, and technology. She leverages her deep expertise within utilities to help clients understand the strategic imperatives to navigate the clean energy transition successfully.
Beyond her client work, Maeghan is dedicated to the DEI efforts across our firm, leading the First at Bain and Women at Bain affinity groups in the Denver office.
Maeghan earned her MBA from UCLA Anderson, and her B.S. in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
Outside of work, Maeghan enjoys spending time with her family, cycling, snowboarding, and climbing.
