Ibon Garcia

Ibon Garcia is a member of our Banking practice within the Financial Services team.

Ibon has more than 25 years of management consulting experience, throughout which he has advised global clients on major transformation programs and strategy development, especially across retail banking, wealth management, SME and corporate banking. His case portfolio also includes various diligences for both corporate and private equity funds.

Beyond his client work, he is the leader of our Iberian Sustainabilty & Responsibility efforts.

Before joining us, he was a partner for another global consulting firm. Ibon graduated from ICADE - Universidad Pontificia de Comillas with a double degree in Business Administration and Law.

In her personal time, Ibon likes practicing sports (paddle, cycling, running). Ibon is married to Jessica, and they are the proud parents of three daughters and one son.
