Lars Christian Finckenhagen

Lars Christian Finckenhagen is a member of our Oil & Gas and Performance Improvement practices.

He advises clients on operations management, performance improvement, asset management & cost and technology transformations.

Lars Christian has worked with major parts of the upstream oil and gas value chain, from exploration to operations, and has hands on experience from working at gas processing plants and offshore oil platforms in the North Sea.

His recent client work includes: Asset performance improvement and digitalization for an independent oil company; Company wide operations improvement programme for a global energy company; Exploration digitalization and R&D for an independent oil company; Cost transformation programme for a leading Nordic construction company; and an Asset management transformation for a public road transportation authority.

Prior to joining Bain, Lars Christian worked for another global consulting firm.

He holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), including a foreign exchange semester at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney, Australia.
