Naiara De Leon is a member of our Retail practice.
She has more than 15 years of consulting experience with us across the Americas and EMEA. Much of her work has centered on Spain, Mexico and other Latin American countries.
Nai primarily advises retail clients across the restaurant and specialty retail sectors. She is an expert on large-scale transformations, growth and brand strategy, performance improvement and change management. Nai has additionally led work spanning international growth and core full potential strategy.
She is also an expert across the consumer spectrum, particularly customer strategy.
In addition to her client work, she is an active member of our Latinx at Bain and Womxn at Bain affinity groups. She previously led our Dallas associate consultant recruiting efforts.
She holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and an undergraduate degree, with honors, from Monterrey Tech (ITESM) in Mexico.
