Torben Frenk

Torben Frenk is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Performance Improvement practices.

He works with industry-leading companies on value creation plans, transformations, as well as commercial and operational performance improvement programs.

Beyond his client work, he co-leads the Bain Service Circle EMEA, a network for C-level service executives of leading manufacturing companies.

Prior to joining Bain, Torben worked as a Sales Application Engineer in the industrial automation sector in Germany for five years.

He holds an MBA from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Baden Wuerttemberg Cooperate State University.
