About Matt

Matt Eldridge is an active member of the firm’s Technology and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices, with a focus on B2B Commercial Excellence and Customer Experience.

Since joining Bain in 2012, Matt has managed teams across multiple sectors, including technology, telecommunications, and media and entertainment. His specific areas of focus with clients include driving commercial excellence programs, customer-centric transformations, and integrations. He is particularly interested in transformations, whether through M&A or customer-centric programs.

Matt co-leads the firm’s development of IP related to customer success models, and has successfully designed and implemented customer success functions at software companies ranging from $250M to >$1B in revenue.

Outside of his client work, Matt is actively involved as a sponsor of BGLAD.

He holds an MPhil, with Distinction, in Economic and Social History from the University of Cambridge, as well as a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
