Michelle Supko is a member of our Performance Improvement (PI) practice. In this capacity, she oversees all PI practice activities, including product development and deployment, commercialization and practice operations.
Michelle has advised clients across the Airlines & Transportation and broader Advanced Manufacturing & Services spheres on performance improvement, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Most recently, Michelle has supported clients in integrating the networks of two major airlines and designing and executing a cost transformation for major retailer.
A passionate advocate for women in business and the world, Michelle co-leads our Dallas Women @ Bain chapter and is a member of the Board of Trustees at Chatham Hall, an all-girls boarding school in southern Virginia.
She holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, summa cum laude, from Vanderbilt University. She now serves as an advisor for our local Vanderbilt recruiting initiatives.
Apart from work, Michelle is the proud mother of three and has actively supported her husband throughout his 20+ year Army career. These efforts have included her leadership of a key Family Readiness Group, which supported the women and families in her husband’s unit, particularly during deployments and times of need.
