Johan Fritz

Johan Fritz is a member of our Nordic leadership team.

Johan is a leader in our Private Equity practice and advises PE clients, as well as their portfolio companies, on key strategic priorities. He has advised clients across various sectors and led initiatives throughout the ownership cycle, including due diligence, value creation planning & realization, as well as exit preparation.

Prior to joining Bain in 2011, Johan worked as a management consultant for another top firm, where he worked across a broad range of strategic issues for corporate and PE clients.

He holds an MSc in industrial engineering & management from Lund University and a diploma in business strategy from Harvard University.
