Emilio Domingo

Emilio Domingo is the chief commercial officer for our EMEA Private Equity practice. In his role, Emilio drives the commercial agenda for our regional practice, enabling our market-leading private equity team to bring the full breadth of our capabilities, innovative solutions, and new products to our financial investor clients.

In his previous role, Emilio led our private equity practice in the UK. He has extensive M&A, commercial and operations due diligence, business carve-out and merger integration experience across several industries including business services, technology and industrials.

He has advised companies and led assignments on wide range of business issues, from strategy to operating model and organisation to cost reduction. His deepest expertise is in Value Creation Plans for portfolio companies. He has also been at the heart of several large, multi-year strategic transformations.

Emilio earned an MBA from INSEAD and a B.A in economics from the University of Navarra in Spain.
