David Shaddick

David Shaddick is an expert in the firm's Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity practices. 

He has been a member of the firm for more than 8 years.

David holds expertise across the full deal lifecycle for both strategic and financial acquirers. He has deep experience in strategic due diligence and value creation plan development, as well as merger integration planning and execution. 

Aside from deal-related activity, David has significant experience in developing and realizing growth strategies, pricing initiatives and redesigning the operating model of clients undergoing large change management programs.

Throughout his time with Bain, he has held a deep focus on the building products and private equity industries, with additional experience in agribusiness, industrial distribution and multi-modal transportation.

Dave holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from McGill University.
