Fumihiko Nishiwaki

Fumihiko Nishiwaki is an expert in Bain’s Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Digital, Technology and Machinery & Equipment practices.

He has more than 15 years of consulting experiences across the manufacturing industry to support electronics, electronic component, automotive component, and industrial equipment manufacturers. He advises clients on various issues, such as corporate portfolio strategy, business strategy, organizational transformation, culture change, and M&A projects. Recently, Fumihiko has been focusing on corporate transformation program. He is a leader of our Machinery & Equipment practice in APAC.

Fumihiko is also a co-author of the Japanese translation of Time, Talent, Energy: Overcome Organizational Drag and Unleash Your Team's Productive Power.

Fumihiko earned his master’s of science and engineering from Waseda University.
