John
John Hazan is the Leader of Bain’s Talent Solution for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and a core member of Bain’s global People and Organization and Transformation and Change practices.
He joined Bain nearly two decades ago.
Over the years, John has advised executive teams across Europe in numerous transformation, organization and integration projects, across most industrial, services and financial sectors.
His functional areas of expertise range from management of transformational projects, human resources, to new ways of working, employee experience and social engineering.
He leads all of Bain’s CHRO Forum engagements in EMEA.
Prior to Bain, John worked at Kearney. He holds a MSc in Engineering from Mines ParisTech and a MSc in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics.
