WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Digital Marketing Web Team within the Talent Acquisition Marketing Center of Excellence. This team is responsible for shaping and optimizing Bain’s careers site experience to attract top talent across a range of global hiring needs. In this role, you will be based in our Global Business Services (GBS) hub in Warsaw. You’ll partner closely with the Web Leader and collaborate with stakeholders across recruiting, marketing, and digital teams to ensure our careers platform is accurate, engaging, and high-performing.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Coordinator, Digital Marketing, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing Bain’s careers website. You’ll ensure content accuracy, improve discoverability through SEO best practices, and monitor site performance to enhance the candidate experience. Your work will directly support Bain’s ability to attract and engage top talent globally.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Maintain and update careers site content to ensure accuracy and alignment with recruiting priorities
Apply SEO best practices (including metadata and keyword optimization) to improve search visibility
Monitor website performance and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Conduct routine site health checks (e.g., page speed, mobile responsiveness, broken links) and coordinate fixes
Support testing, quality assurance, and implementation of new site features and functionality
Track and flag issues impacting user experience or data accuracy, escalating as needed
Partner with stakeholders to translate recruiting and marketing needs into clear web updates
Contribute insights and recommendations based on user behavior and performance data
Support broader digital marketing initiatives as needed
ABOUT YOU
2–3 years of experience managing website content using a CMS, including publishing and maintaining accuracy
Working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals (e.g., metadata, indexing, site structure)
Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager) and performance reporting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, page performance, and mobile optimization
Ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and work independently with limited guidance
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
