Aditya Shukla

Aditya Shukla leads our Private Equity practice in India and is a member of our Technology practice.

With close to 20 years of management consulting experience, he has advised multiple private equity clients, including Indian and multinational organizations.

He works with several of India's most active private equity funds and their portfolio companies across growth strategy, commercial due diligence, M&A, and value creation. In the private equity space, he focuses on technology, internet, consumer and retail and has been a trusted advisor to some of India's most consequential technology and growth businesses.

Aditya has co-authored Bain India's Private Equity Report and Venture Capital Report for several consecutive years. In 2024, he was recognized in the “Economic Times 40 Under Forty” list, which celebrates young business leaders making a significant impact in their fields.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in mathematics, with honors, from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.
