Amelia Achterstraat is a member of our Full Potential Transformation and Performance Improvement practices.
She has worked with many clients in Australia and EMEA on large-scale transformation programs, with particular focus on technology and business transformations. Her work primarily focuses on the financial services and advanced manufacturing sectors.
Beyond her client work, she is a people leader in the Australian practice, overseeing the professional development and training of Associate Consultants.
Amelia holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.
In her personal time, Amelia is passionate about her local community, serving on the Board of her local church parish.
