Andrew Ahadi

Andrew Ahadi is a member of our Private Equity, Advanced Manufacturing & Services (AMS), and Transportation & Logistics (T&L) practices.

He works extensively with Bain's private equity and infrastructure clients, evaluating assets primarily across industrial and business services sectors. He has significant depth in conducting strategic due diligence particularly for assets in the transportation & logistics ecosystem.

In addition to leading diligence teams, Andrew also partners with investor clients and portfolio companies on key strategic initiatives, including growth strategy, commercial excellence, and merger integration.

Prior to joining Bain in 2017, he was a consultant for another firm, where he primarily worked on strategy and analytics-related engagements.

Andrew holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA with distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
