Borja Tramazaygues

Borja Tramazaygues is a member of our Performance Improvement practice and leads the firm’s procurement efforts globally.

Borja has more than 25 years of management consulting experience, advising clients on their greatest opportunities and challenges.

He holds deep expertise in large scale transformations, including procurement, sustained cost transformation and change management. His client portfolio spans a range of industries, including financial services, advanced manufacturing & services and consumer products. 

Prior to joining Bain in 2009, Borja worked for another global consulting firm.

He holds an MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with honors, from Deusto University.
