How did you end up in consulting?

I was drawn to consulting because of its fast-paced and dynamic nature, and the opportunity to solve critical problems for clients. Consulting is highly rewarding, as the time between advising on a problem and seeing real-world results can be much shorter compared to other industries.

How do you balance your life with work as a consultant?

I prioritize spending time with friends and family on weekends, making sure to relax and engage in activities outside of work. I also take full advantage of Bain's employee benefits, including taking time off to travel and recharge.

How did your previous experience help you excel at Bain?

My background in management consulting provided me with a solid foundation of skills. With a degree in Engineering, I was able to leverage my problem-solving and analytical abilities to break down complex issues and develop data-driven strategies.
